On Sept. 12, a group called FreedomWorks – with a little help from Glenn Beck at Fox News – organized a “taxpayer” rally in DC to protest the “irresponsible government takeover of our nation’s healthcare, devastating new energy taxes, and trillions of dollars in red ink.” When the mainstream media didn’t pick up on the story, several conservative bloggers began distributing a photo of protesters clogging the DC mall.

Problem: the photo is from a totally different event. Politifact, a nonpartisan journalistic fact-checking organization, checked in on Monday with Pete Piringer, public affairs officer for the DC Fire and Emergency Department. Piringer “unofficially” estimated that between 60,000 and 75,000 people had shown up. He added that the photo circulating conservative sites was almost certainly not from this year.

Why can't black people be given the same credit of rational, cognitive reasoning as white people in this instance? Did you you know that there are black folk who for DECADES have credited EVERY election vote by whites in general to racism in one form or another? Now of course there are some people who vote due to racial bias on both sides of the fence, but not MOST. Now once it was down to Obama and Palin, well no racism required there for blacks to vote for Obama.

no you don't. If you did, you'd be supporting their right to free speech via the 1st Amendment. You may not like what they have to say, but accept that they have the right to say it.

By rejecting it, you firmly stand against the bill of rights and the constitution. I'd gather that you really don't even understand the constitution, at least as it's written. More likely, you believe in the new deal interpretation of the constitution.
