Many people have been sentenced to prison on eye-witness testimony alone. In fact, the reason so many convicted rapists have been cleared by DNA evidence is because there was nothing but eye-witness testimony and it was proved wrong but after the person had in many cases served tens of years in jail. So you are completely wrong about this. There have been 311 post-conviction DNA exonerations in the United States. So you are completely wrong!

He pulls a gun every time he has one on him apparently! That would be according to two separate incidents in the last few months before that he was mostly attacking people and shoving women down stairs and such and all this was before he was 25 years old and ever harassed by anyone including that cop in Texas who treated him like a hero, gave him a warning for speeding and asked to have his picture taken with Zimmerman for his scrapbook. You keep pretending that poor Zimmerman just recently snapped but he had a record for violence long before he shot Martin. In fact, now it appears he had a fight with his wife and she had left him to spend the night somewhere else the night he stalked, confronted and shot Martin. We still don't know if that fight included any violence, but it certainly speaks to his state of mind at the time. And you seen to have cause and effect here backwards, but anyine with that avatar is a little shewed anyway!

Al Green and the other dignitaries on the dais, congratulated me and thanked me for my original poem, for some strange reason, Mayor Parker, ignored me, didn't speak to me, though she posed for a group picture. Strange to me, after she had previously acknowledged me at events in the past. That, and refusing to respond to my petition for the 1st Poet Laureate of Houston, was the camel's back for me. Not only did I not vote for her, but I publicly denounced her on Facebook and in a private message to her. And to set the record straight...2 years ago, she was slated to appear at the remembrance, but at the last moment, sent a representative....USF seems to imply that I was "singing my own praises" and that I lied that she was to appear. I have no control of what others do, say or not do. In the past year, she has shown herself to be "resting on her laurels" and playing to the cameras.

No one can honestly say "everytime he gets upset" unless he was under constant monitoring his entire life. So it's a false sloppy generalization.

One could just as easily say anytime Trayvon encountered authority he smoked marijuana and became violent.
