Texas brewery cancels anti-censorship rally featuring Kyle Rittenhouse:

I don't know about loon, but it was patently obvious that he desired an acquittal and made his rulings such that that became a reality. If/when fatmurderboy kills again, that judge's soul will own some of the guilt.
Now I'm going to have to Google what he forced the courtroom to do.

Ahhh...on Veteran's Day, he forced the jury to give a defense witness a round of applause because he is a veteran. Just before he began to testify.

I thought there was another odd thing he forced the courtroom to do as well.

???

Appeal a not guilty verdict?
No, additional charges. Not double jeopardy either. It’s not the first time the Feds stepped in to resolve justice.

Terrorist charges, perhaps? If Kyle’s militia is charged with terrorism, Kyle would be caught up in it…unless he rolled on them.

FWIW, I doubt Kyle knows much since he has patsy written all over him.

I don’t know his track record, but it would reveal if he was a RW biased or simply biased against being overruled in appellate court. Judges hate being overruled. LOL

Yep. And you are unlikely to get that if the defendant is found not guilty because you wouldn't allow "prejudicial" facts to be presented. More likely if you *did* allow something that an appeals court might find prejudicial, like fatmurderboy consorting with the militias while out on bail. That Kyle did so had nothing to do with the events in Kenosha though, so IMO the judge was most likely correct in disallowing that. But his pre-event statements about going there and shooting ppl should have been allowed because it speaks to state of mind and why he was there.

A side part of this is something the WSEs fear and facts have revealed to often been true; they’ve been infiltrated by the FBI. The Feds don’t want to have a multi-year case blown over a minor case, even a couple of murders. A successful terrorist attack would murder hundreds of Americans. Ergo, the greater need is to stop the terrorists even if a punk kid is found not guilty in a murder case because of a Federal gag order.

Learning to grift

Southern Star Brewing Company, a brewery in Conroe, Texas, will no longer host the "Rally Against Censorship" featuring Rittenhouse on Jan. 26, explaining its position Friday in a Twitter post.

"Southern star brewery is an apolitical organization. But we feel that this event doesn't reflect our own values and we could not in good faith continue to rent our space for the event on 1/26. We don't do rallies, we make beer for people who like beer," the brewery said.

They should change their name southern pussy brewery

Irrelevant. Also, no one invited any of the scumbags he shot either.

Wrong and wrong. You don't have to like Wisconsin's law but it was legal for him to be carrying that rifle. He wasn't legally allowed to purchase it, but according to the letter of the law he was allowed to possess it. Feel free to make a dumb comment about how he was hunting people, since it was a hunting law that made it legal for him to carry the rifle. Also, he fired in self defense so it was legally discharged. He was found not guilty, remember that? You were pretty butthurt about it, no?

Again, irrelevant. Take it up with the cops who were dealing with a riot.

So you admit his life was in danger. Thank you.

I know the full story, far better than you do, apparently. You clearly don't understand Wisconsin's hunting laws regarding minors possessing rifles, or why Kyle was found not guilty. You just have your crybaby, pro riot, anti gun feelings. I'm sure you would have preferred to see him beaten to death by that mob of rioting maniacs, but he wasn't. He used his second amendment right to protect himself, and there is one less child rapist and one less woman abuser because of it. :flagsal:

1. Hold onto that next time there's a massive right wing demonstration or protest in some city that turns into a riotous situation, and left wing/progressive joker from outside that state shows up with an illegally obtained weapon and shoots/kills one to the demonstrators. Hell, the way you right wing wonks carry on about the BLM situations, one would think you wouldn't be so hypocritical.

2. Either you're a very bad liar or extremely proud of your ignorance. Observe and learn: Under Wisconsin law, anyone under 18 can have a weapon ONLY BY PERMISSION OF THE ADULT OWNER. Then can only possess and carry for hunting. These rules were literally ignored and bypassed by the local judge, junior was 17 at the time and obtained a weapon from a 20 year old "friend, but neither was "hunting".

3. So it's not that the point is valid (of which you lack the intellectual courage/honesty to admit), you just don't care. Remember this next time you whine and stomp your feet when some "lib'rul" or "Dummy-crat" has your mindset regarding some incident.

4. Stop acting stupid like you can't comprehend what you read.....HE said his life was endanger...whether he started a fracas while toting an assault rifle has yet to be determined...dead men tell no tales.

5. Your childish editing won't change the FACT of what I stated, as all one has to do is just clik the arrow to see what really was said in the chronology of the post. I don't recall the owners of the brewery stating their political affiliations. If you have such information, post it. Meanwhile, your myopic MAGA regurgitation means nothing as you dodge and BS about what I previously stated. Carry on.

Good to see you admit you don't give a shit about the law. Just your feelings.

Unlike you, I can separate my feelings and wishes from what is Constitutional and legal. TFB for you if widdle Kyle isn't getting the kow-tow from everyone because he got away with manslaughter. No where do I declare what you assert.

I'm discussing conspiracy theories....you'd know that if you'd learn to read carefully and comprehensively and stop being a MAGA troll for a change.

Not really.....most neo-nazi/fascist and white supremacist organizations love to mischaracterize the intent of their agenda. Remember, the Nazi's characterized themselves as the National Socialist German Workers' Party. For a whole lot of Germans, they were anything but. Hell, they outlawed trade unions! So when little POS like Rittenhouse label their blather one thing, you can rest assured their agenda is the exact opposite.

Poor widdle Kyle....getting off on manslaughter charges just ain't giving him the celebrity ($$) he was hoping for. Get a job, ya bastid!

just like the left with that whole 'Inflation Reduction Act'..................

Damn, you can't even make a rational comparison when one of your icons gets shown up for the POS that he is. Now you'll waste time and space trying to build this detour bridge and bark like a bitch in heat if no one takes the bait.

Start barking, you armchair "rebel". And while you're at it, send Little Kyle a couple of bucks.

some of you leftist loons are beyond help............reality means nothing to you ROFL

I might actually have to contemplate an ignore list to avoid the overwhelming stupidity shown by some of you.

It could happen legally, but it won’t. The feds don’t want to touch this.

I completely disagree. While it’s true Kyle is a dumbassed small fish and patsy, the Feds want to nail the WSEs. Kyle is a means to an end.

Fucking pussified passive-aggressive post from a pussified passive-aggressive keyboard warrior.

Be honest, Sgt. Doolittle; on 1/6 you were at home watching it on TV just like Pedo Don.

Sounds like the judge has political aspirations, doesn't it?

feel free to put me on ignore, coward. you're the biggest passive agressive pussy on this board. why weren't YOU in DC on the 6th so you could enjoy shooting terrorists centermass?

I would think if the feds were going to step in and charge fatmurderboy with something, they would have done it by now. You know he'd sob and squeal like a little piggy to try to get out of it.

Agreed…unless they had a reason to hold off. There is no statute of limitations on murder or terrorism that results in death or injury. Note that those materially supporting a terrorist attack would be subject to the same charges just like a getaway driver of a robbery resulting in a murder.

This means if Sgt. Doolittle or Captain Earl gave money or ammo, helped plan or otherwise materially supported a terrorist attack then, even if they were at home during the event, they would be charged.

For capital crimes, such as the capital murder, there is no statute of limitations (18 USC 3281). . Terrorism is also not subject to any statute of limitations where the offense caused death or serious bodily injury or harm (18 USC 3286). Sexual offenses against children also have no statute of limitations (18 USC 3283) .

Why would I ignore an anti-American terrorist and traitor, Sgt. Doolittle? You’re the one who posted about it. I fully expected you to walk it back just like you do everything else. :rofl2:

Unlike you, Doolittle, I support my country. The police and military had it well in hand. Too bad the Commander-in-Chief was a traitor.
