Seems there's a 170 acre island in the Rio Grande river that the Mexican drug cartels took over and are using as a staging ground for moving drugs and illegals into the US. Texas had to organize a quasi-military style operation by law enforcement to take back the island and plug this huge pipeline of drugs and illegal entrants, something that was Joke Bribem's and the CBP's job to do.
