Texas judge rules all Texans can apply to vote by mail

Says the guy who probably supports electronic voter machines that can be hacked by almost anyone.

Shut the fuck up, Fredo. The adults are talking.

don't be an idiot......voting machines are not connected to the internet and therefore cannot be hacked.......

no...we will not move the discussion......why are demmycunts afraid to identify voters?......why are demmycunts afraid to purge the voter rolls of the dead and people who have moved?......every time you avoid the issue you admit your guilt......

If people have died, who cares if they are still on the voting rolls, but as it is, states do purge them. Can you find an example where anyone has refused to purge?

and your personal opinion isn't enough to convince us to change to a new method of voting that cannot be adequately protected.....especially since there will be no reason people can't walk in and vote in November, just like they always have......
Voting by mail is not a new method, little idiot. Several states have used it for years. In fact 25% of all ballots in the past few election have been voted by mail. Now, your next excuse is?

BINGO!......and that is the only reason why you want it...you don't want anyone limiting votes to only those who are suppose to vote.....

Is that why in republican controlled states, polls are closed in minority neighborhoods, early voting is reduced or eliminated, polling place hours are shortened, all to keep from voting, those who may vote democratic. Then we have the issue of people who seem to lack proper ID's.

I live in rural Texas so this doesn't affect me. I early vote and would combine a grocery/beer run with voting. Hope it helps other Texans/Americans to vote.

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that all Texans can apply to vote by mail during the coronavirus pandemic, after the state's Supreme Court, in separate litigation, blocked the expansion of absentee voting last week.

U.S. District Judge Fred Biery sided with the Texas Democratic Party, saying that to follow existing state absentee voting rules, in which you have to be 65 or older or have a stated disability, would put unconstitutional and illegal burdens on Texas voters.

"Americans now seek Life without fear of pandemic, Liberty to choose their leaders in an environment free of disease and the pursuit of Happiness without undue restrictions," Biery wrote in his order. “There are now some among us who would, if they could, nullify those aspirational ideas to return to the not so halcyon and not so thrilling days of yesteryear of the Divine Right of Kings.”

ROFLMAO at the bolded

this passes for judicial smarts?

lies.....voting precincts are run by municiple governments........if a minority neighborhood polling place is closed early look to the city government for the minority neighborhood, not the federal or state government.....
