Wow, you have some odd fantasies. The whole point to being in a yacht club is not buying or preparing food. The club does that.
My family mostly summers at the Jersey Shore, but there is a wing of the family that summers in Amagansett(the Hamptons). I have been a guest at yacht clubs. The food is often not as great as you would expect, but it is provided by the club.

Yes, Concarty was fired due to consuming some of the food that he was delivering.
