SCOTUS could have a say in it.

It is kind of bullshit for some states play by *the constitutional rules* while other states play loose and/or make up shit as they go along.

Will it change the outcome? Probably not, but it will illustrate just how loosely Democrats played with the rules, no, the laws, in order to defeat the Bad Orange Man—just to install a declining and washed up Swamp Creature.
