Thanks/Groans Should we keep them?

thanks/groans are definitely very useful. I use it everyday. So convenient to just be like "yup this is good... this is good... this is good"

but if it was like super difficult to put them in or something, I think we could live without them.

How about keeping both but getting rid of the posters who use the groans?
