That shit is hitting the fan

He keeps implying he did. As well as the other lefties on this board. If they did they can either not read or cannot comprehend anything that resembles the truth.

I read lots of parts of it, not all. I was particularly interested in part II 84-90

There are no charges or counts of obstruction of justice. Mueller said that.
No crime was committed so obstruction to investigate a crime that was not committed is not possible.

Hello Jarod,

That shit is hitting the fan

One of two things will happen, Trump will be impeached or a very dangerous precedent will be set in the United States.

Clearly Trump knew it was wrong to order Don McGahn to fire Mueller, because he lied about it to the American people.

Republicans are ready to accept this as OK behavior of a President.

Why, if Bill Clinton had ordered that Kenneth Starr be fired, they would all rush to Clinton's defense, proclaiming this is how the law is supposed to work, that it is meant to protect the President, who should be above the law.

12 of the 14 investigations still continue, and the collusion and obstruction charges are being investigated elsewhere.
The rwnj soft coup failed today.

Mueller Report: Who and What the Special Counsel Investigated
More than two years of criminal indictments and steady revelations about Trump campaign contacts with Russians reveal the scope of the special counsel investigation.

Trump frames the report as exoneration.
said on Twitter. “We are now requesting Mueller to appear before @HouseJudiciary as soon as possible.”

Senator Chris Murphy, Democrat of Connecticut, said Mr. Barr’s performance demonstrated fealty to Mr. Trump. “Attorney General Barr is supposed to be the nation’s top impartial lawyer, not a White House spokesman,” he said. “His press conference was just an attempt to spin a report nobody has read yet, and that’s really disappointing.”

Democratic presidential candidates quickly pounced on Mr. Barr as well. Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey, in a tweet, labeled the attorney general’s remarks as “spin.” Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts said it was “ a disgrace to see an Attorney General acting as if he’s the personal attorney and publicist for the president of the United States.” Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York called Mr. Barr’s news conference “a complete farce and an embarrassing display of propaganda on behalf of President Trump.”

Color-coded redactions leave readers wondering what was left out.
While attention focused on what was in Mr. Mueller’s report, many in Washington were also looking at what was left out.

Mr. Barr made what he called “limited” redactions to the report, taking out information he deemed sensitive. More than a dozen pages were fully redacted, or nearly so. Other pages had sections of text blacked out, including full paragraphs.

Much of the undisclosed material was in the first section of the report on Russia’s interference in the 2016 election and its interactions with the Trump campaign. Far less was scrubbed from the second part of the report, on whether Mr. Trump obstructed justice.

They are ok with it as long as it is a white Republican.

Look at old clips of Lindsey Graham campaigning for Bill Clinton's impeachment.

He argues, it does not have to be a crime.

Nothing interesting there; a lot of conjecture and word salad in an attempt to provide scraps of "obstruction" language to the morons in the House.

Hey, if you think this amounts to the level of Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.; I say go for it!!!

That shit is hitting the fan

One of two things will happen, Trump will be impeached or a very dangerous precedent will be set in the United States.

Clearly Trump knew it was wrong to order Don McGahn to fire Mueller, because he lied about it to the American people.

Mueller was fired? When did this obstruction take place....it was never on MSNBC, ABC, the Times, or ABC. Ohh…..talking about a crime is now a crime? I guess ROD is heading for prison...no? He did talk about wearing a wire and invoking the 25th amendment.....just say'n. When freedom to speak is considered OBSTRUCTION of justice.....then indeed the US is having a dangerous precedent established....no one can speak in order to defend themselves of blatantly false charges. Along with the 1st amendment just rescind the 4th, 5th, and 10th amendment by congressional decree....

Another question? Was the POTUS ever under oath (like Blow Job Bill) when he lied? If lying is now an actionable crime.....who is going to replace CONGRESS? THE PEOPLE are still awaiting that Classified proof of COLLUSION that shitforbrains declared he has...…

The only thing you have demonstrated so far is the fact that TEAM TRUMP has better legal council than TEAM MUELLER.

Team Mueller failed at every turn. They attempted to use Trump's anger to provoke him into firing someone's ass.....ROD or MUELLER. Failure. They attempted to set a procedural trap....having Trump lie under oath. Failure. They attempted to leave little seeds (11 exactly) hoping to have AG BARR declare that obstruction did happen. Failure......Barr used this deferral to do exactly what Team Mueller refused to do...EXONERATE TRUMP of both Collusion and Obstruction. Why did BARR make this conclusion? DOJ precedent and established guidelines.

One big NOTHIING BURGER. Why would Mueller defer to CONGRESS when congress has no power of prosecutorial discretion? That's a false premise narrative being promoted by the PRESS...a press that is hoping the people are as stupid as the press assumes they are. All prosecutorial discretion rests with the EXECUTIVE BRANCH.....or the JUDICAL BRANCH who has already established precedence Under the United States v. Nixon case......that resulted in the DOJ guidelines that BARR used in totally "exonerating" Trump of Collusion and Obstruction.

In order for obstruction to be charged.....OBSTRUCTION must have occurred. What was obstructed? The investigation was never stopped.....no one was ever fired.....there was never a crime concluded to obstruct.....unless Trump obstructed....obstruction from ever occurring.

Admit it and MOVEON.ORG You have just been TRUMPED.

Hang on snowflake; who got fired? NO ONE. Who destroyed evidence? NO ONE. Who refused to cooperate? NO ONE. Who shut down the investigation? NO ONE. Who chose not to release the entire report? NO ONE. Who exercised executive privilege? NO ONE.

Let's be clear; you leftists need to get your collective heads extracted from your assholes and start asking the REAL questions here. Why was there nothing in the report about the LEAKERS who leaked ALL of this information over a year ago to the NYT? Why would there be obstruction in a case that found NO evidence for the purpose of the investigation in the first place? Why did the media spend almost two years pretending there was a there, THERE?

It is obvious what is going on here. But you cannot see it while your head is rammed into your assholes?
