If Trump gets less than 270 then you lose the bet. Remember, Electors defected from Trump in 2016 so having 270 on election night doesn't give you the win. The bet will pay off with a candidate having 280 or more electoral votes on election night or is not complete until electoral college votes.)

If you lose your signature will read - "I am a stupid poopiehead that thought Trump would win."
If I lose my signature will read - "I am moron that thought <democratic candidate> would win" (<democratic candidate> to be replaced with name of nominee.)

The payment will be through paypal or another agreed upon system.
