The subject of this thread is the supposed "28th Amendment".... and whether it is a "stunt". It seems it is, but I am interested in how folks think it would change things. Your suggestion that it would magically allow women "life saving care" that they were otherwise denied, and then said you weren't talking about abortion. Since that is a phrase that leftists say about abortion specifically, I simply informed someone asking what you were talking about that it was about abortion... and was sarcastic. Then you thin-skinned and started crying about how that "isn't what you believe"... (my sarcastic statement about how every abortion is "life saving care" to the True Believer Leftists).

I don't think this amendment would do that, as I stated. Though I do find that the rare occasion where it is life-saving care it most certainly should be allowed. In fact I personally think it should be okay up until the baby has thoughts, however I do not believe that taxpayer money should go towards that particular "care" unless it is specifically a life-saving circumstance.

There is no such thing as a "life saving abortion". Abortion is never necessary to save the life of the mother, and in fact imperils the life of the mother to waste time aborting the baby. Simply deliver the baby, then render life saving aid to the mother. Democrats like you use the "life of the mother" canard, as an excuse to kill babies. It's sick.

"Women's private spaces" refers to public bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, spas, saunas, women's prisons, etc..
