All forms of govt are creations of either the oligarchy or those who seek to become the oligarchy (The Bolsheviks).
Right out of Marx. Nope. He's wrong. Under a republic, a constitution has NO authority and the government it will create has NO existence until that constitution is approved by it's owners. For the States, the owners are the people of that territory attempting to become a State. For the federal Constitution, the owners are the States.
Only the owners of a constitution can create it, ordain it to power, modify it, or destroy it (and thus dissolve the government it created).
