I don't ever remember any posts about what she doesn't hate, or what policy might make sense instead of the one she criticizes.

You and I have a running debate over illegals. It's possible to address both sides of the number one wedge issue in the nation by offering alternatives.

Which is actually a waste of time, as politicians need wedge issues. Nothing is ever going to change.



Point is, members can dissect the issues and either find common ground, or agree to disagree.

It could have been argued that no POTUS in history faced the level of obstructionism that Obama did. Now, it's the only Republican policy, so it's become 'ordinary'. But Obama was the original. Even so, the Senate passed a bi partisan immigration bill that addressed almost every issue we have re. immigration. It was killed in the House, and I don't believe there will ever be a moment in time like that one again. It was the one chance to solve it, and it passed.
