Exactly. He runs his own little PSYOP in here daily but doesnt have the brains to do it properly. He just makes up a LIE out of thin air based on NOTHING and then repeats it all day every day as if its true thinking it will take hold. He doesnt understand there has to be at least some truth mixed in to work. Like Crooked Hillary, or Lyin Ted, little Marco,...ect ect. He's a dumb ass and basically should be pointed and laughed at. All hes good for really.

Dutch and his silly antics in here is a whole different subject then the OP. But I digress,........for over 2 and a half YEARS now Dutch has claimed that I am a white Nationalist, a militia member who helps fund this make believe militia he claims I am wrapped up in......, With Company money btw,.....Oh,....and that the FBI has been WATCHING me from afar, and up close to the point that they have men stationed near my home and business :laugh: to spy on me. For the last TWO AND A HALF YEARS. Can I get a show of hands in here as to who if anyone actually believes this bullshit? :laugh: Delusional doesnt even BEGIN to describe that crazy bastard.

Correct, which dispels the blanket claim that better funding makes for better education. Illiteracy is already well developed by 2nd grade, due to a gross lack of participation by parents at home. I personally know a valedictorian of his high school class, who got free lunch for his entire tenure in school.

He had an excellent support system in his single parent home.
Texas doesn't have a state income tax but it does have property taxes to fund schools. I pay taxes to two different counties because students of the county I actually live in go to schools in the adjoining county.

NY tends to have extremely high access to schools. We have one in every town in most places. That gets expensive.

Down south where taxes are very low, kids might be on a bus for more than an hour to get to school

How can desegregation of the military be rebuffed when it happened? I grew up in desegregated military housing. All the shit on the news about race problems at the time was a mystery to me.
