A design that's been around since 1885. Why have these "incidents" just start happening in the "last 2 decades"? Why haven't they happened in the previous 115 years? You have an answer to that?

Yep, those bolt actions are also categorized as "rifles." Myself, I'd prefer the 03-A3, but I sold mine years ago. I have a couple M1 Garands and an M1-A, they shoot almost as good. A few of my other bolt actions shoot better, though.

Where on God's green Earth do you get this crap? The AR-15 was developed in the 1950's by ArmaLite, Inc. for the military. When it didn't sell, they sold it to Colt in 1959 who gave us the "civilian" version (semi-auto). A matter of fact, a matter of history that anyone can verify.

Not if you had the weapon before the ban....but you sure as hell better make sure that the person you're selling to isn't shady.
