Trump isn’t being indicted for going to court 60+ times to challenge the election.

He isn’t being indicted for claiming the election was stolen.

He IS being indicted for trying to throw away the legitimately counted, recounted and certified results of an election.

He IS being indicted for trying to forcibly derail a government proceeding to peacefully transfer power between administrations, a sacred ritual of this Constitutional Republic for over two centuries.
