The only thing we've really learned about this so far is that it looks complicated. Saying it's because the shooter heard "fascist" one time too many is a huge leap of a conclusion. It's something conservatives are saying now to support their narrative about the left, but it's not based in reality.

I'll probably get some eyerolls for this - but I also think we need to take a long, hard look at the internet, social media and how we define "free speech." The lies, disinformation and hate that is spread online is generally protected - but it is also tearing apart the fabric of the nation.

Legal immigration is great and I'm all for it. Illegal immigration is criminal, unjust, unfair, and bad for America, or any country for that matter. All the equivocating in the world doesn't justify allowing it to go on.

Illegal immigration is a net drain on the GDP. Illegals send billions a year out of the country in remittances. Illegals create more crime and go to prison at roughly triple the rate of citizens or legal immigrants. Enforcement of immigration law eats up more billions.
