And college campuses are already using it as an excuse to "equalize" the messages of folks allowed on campus, like they aren't already indoctrinated enough by the professors. This kind of BS was my main concern when I watched the assassination for the first time. Colleges will use it as an excuse never to allow another conservative on their campus, and the right will try to shut down the very discourse he stood for...

Kimmel was not discourse though, there was no "di" portion there. But if the FCC threatened action and that is why ABC did what they did rather than just to ensure their profits remained high, then yeah. This stuff is bad.
