Where I live, the climate is mild compared to the Midwest.

Let’s see.

No blizzards.
No tornadoes.
No blasting humidity.
No “extreme” weather such as major hailstorms.
Power outages due to weather, almost never. Lasts maybe a couple hours when there are.
No flash floods. Last true flood I recall was about 1959. Due to deforestation from previous year’s fires.

Winters are cold, but not extremely cold. RARELY gets to zero.
Some snow, but I have never missed a day of work due to weather.

So, no, bag of douche. Nothing like the winters, or summers for that matter, in the shithole midwest.
