Virtually all of Kagan's records and correspondence were made public ahead of her confirmation.

Only 4% of Brett's records and correspondence when he was a Bush the Dumber stooge have been made public, and most of it was thanks to Cory Booker.

It's not like there is a shortage of opinions/dissents on SCOTUS -some like Scalia feel the need to explain everything, some let their vote speak
