Ralph Northam was the DNC's point man for advocating for abortion after birth, as a matter between a woman and her doctor, whereby the newborn is set aside and "made comfortable" while the mother and her doctor "discuss" the matter without any rush or pressure, and decide on the course of action "that is best for the mother."
