I think he beat the indictment but Congress decided he gave false testimony and successfully impeached him.
 
Currently, you can literally indict a ham sandwich. PROVING THE CASE TO CONVICTION IS A WHOLE OTHER MATTER.

The current administration is good a lot of noise and then quiet defeat.

We'll see what comes of this. If she's guilty, tag and bag her. If not, then cover your nose and head as the TRUMPER DOJ talks mucho BS.
