Past presidents have all had an experienced Pandemic Response Team, ready to go, that got out in front of these viruses by sending our scientists and medical researchers over to these countries of the viruses origin, to deal with the onset of a virus before it ever was able to spread like a fart through a screen door to the rest of the world.
These viruses of the past that surfaced under past president's administrations tracked the viruses down, and the ones who were affected in those countries, to help find therapeutics, start working on a vaccine, and tracking the flights of those who were exposed to these killer viruses.
That is how Obama, Bush, Clinton, and Bush Senior was able to stamp out or at least, box in dangerous viruses like Ebola, Sars, Mers, and many other corona viruses AND KEPT OUR SHORES SAFE- which is the number one objective of our president.
Not only were these efforts of the past president's able to stave off these horrible viruses to the United States, THEY WERE ABLE TO STOP THEM FROM BECOMING PANDEMIC TO THE REST OF THE ENTIRE WORLD AS WELL!
That is how a true World Leader responds to a virus threat!
