Yes. Strokes can be caused by damaged arteries in the brain, which can be damaged by head trauma, particular repetitious head trauma (such as among boxers).

The point is had Floyd been a random white dude it would be ‘who’s Floyd?’; the left would have needed another excuse to riot all summer and Chauvin would be a free man because he would have been cleared by the evidence.

He apparently had gotten either pepper spray or bear spray in his eyes but no evidence of trauma.

The ‘best’ information we have is he died from a stroke. It’s not implausible that he had untreated high BP and some combination of factors related to the riot triggered a fatal stroke.

Not exactly murder.
