I acknowledged the fact that private companies, even corporations, are not bound by the first amendment. An employee is not protected from being fired for saying "my boss fucks hamsters." That is not censorship. The company can set the terms of employment, if you violate them, you get fired. They can't silence you - they can simply not let you work for them.
