I am not surprised you are running away from defending President Trump's irresponsible budget and taxing, instead to criticize Democrats. I do not support reduced taxes on giant corporations that extract the wealth of every day Americans, make aloof executives richer than they already are, and further enrich already-rich investors, while screwing everybody else, no matter whose idea it was.
That's wrong when every day Americans are working multiple jobs and still struggle just to make ends meet.
Your argument amounts to: "Well they did it first!"
And that is total baloney.

Although I don't make wages, my income has gone up far more than that since Trump went into office. What that does it gets us back to the problem being with you on a personal level.

The thread is about corporate tax reform. And yes, there was bi-partisan rhetoric/support for lowering the corporate tax rate in the past. Again, one can disagree with the legislation as it was passed. But it is a fact that there was bi-partisan support for it. So stop lying man.
