All the windows at the airport control tower, half a mile away, shattered. A crater eight feet deep was carved into the earth, and 15 feet of rubble was all that remained of the four-story Marine barracks. "The force of the explosion ripped the building from its foundation. The building then imploded upon itself," read a Defense Department report on the attack. "Almost all the occupants were crushed or trapped inside the wreckage."

A U.S. investigation blamed lax security for allowing the bomber to get into the Marines' compound.

Being dishonest or just disingenuous? The guy wasn't put in prison for the movie but I guess that doesn't square with your agenda.

In turn, the government agreed to drop four more probation violation charges, all of which pertained to Mr. Nakoula’s work on the “Innocence of Muslims.” Prosecutors had maintained that Mr. Nakoula lied to the police about the extent of his involvement in the project."

He was, without the scrutiny of the Executive this stupid youtube video would have gone unnoticed and he would not be in prison today.

The reality was they scapegoated this guy, and with the most flimsy of evidence used his parole to put him back into prison.
He sits there today because of this fabrication.

The most obvious scapegoat in the world still sits in prison because they actually thought we were stupid enough to believe that the attacks on that building were due to one of the crappiest videos ever made. A video that nobody would have noticed or cared about if the President of the United States hadn't tried to use it to distract people from the truth.

But the difference, which you seem desperate to ignore is that the President and Sec State at the time did not try to fabricate an absurd story to cover it up during an election year.

Over a year ago the outraged Liar and Cheif promised to find the perpetrators, subsequently called terrorists after Conservatives proved the "film outrage" was a lie, and bring these murderers to justice. So far, the only person to see justice is the American filmmaker blamed for the event by this administration. we know who the leader was; he's still free and the filmmaker still incarcerated.
