Dems would not have problems with showing the laminated vaccine cards. We had no problem wearing masks. We figured stores have a right to protect themselves from potential lawsuits. They have a right to protect their employees. We might think they may overdo it, but they have that right.

Actually, just anecdotal, the one demographic I see most often masked is black people. The fact is that their hesitancy is different than the Republican hesitancy, and certainly not anywhere near as deep. I don't think my sample size for Asians and Hispanics is as high, and obviously some Democrats are also doing this. But the VAST majority of those who are misrepresenting their vaccine status are Republicans. The numbers don't lie.

The three demographic groups with the lowest vaccination rate are Republicans, 18-29, and 29-40 in that order. Both blacks and Hispanics as a whole have a higher vaccination rate than any of those groups. Groups with the highest rate? Democrats, 65 and older, and college educated. This isn't rocket science. The uneducated Republican voter under 40 is the most likely person in this country to be unvaccinated. And it isn't even close.
