This is true, but the severity of the other things I mentioned can’t be overlooked and I still feel Trump will not suffer a consequences for his action.
 
I'm not sure how anyone can watch the videos from 1/6, hear Trump's "hugs and kisses" comment, and ever believe anything that man says, ever again.

Agreed, and not just Jackson. The systematic repression and killing of native Americans happened across several administrations. But I think the issue here is criminal conduct under statutory law for which any citizen would normally be charged.
