Or as in your case, you are so deep in a cult you don't know the actual facts. It was the DoJ that ended up dropping most of the cases. It had nothing to do with judges other than the judges reprimanding them for charging before they actually looked at the facts of the case.

Neither will make it beyond the pre trial motions to dismiss. They are both utter garbage cases if you read the indictments which is why not one actual prosecutor would do them. They both had the prior professional Prosecutors state there was no cases here.
Terry is what known as 'stuck on stupid' here as he keeps using historical fact while ignoring that things have changed under Trump and Co incompetence.
Yes its true, PRIOR, that DoJ won 98% of their cases as they only brought a tiny percent of cases to court that were vetted as almost sure winners. It is also where the comment 'indict a ham sandwich' came from as they only brought near certain cases to the GJ.
Trump and Co are both incompetent and bringing crazy weak cases. Take the James Comey for example where only 12 of 23 (legal minimum) voted to indict and that is based on one sided presentation (no defense) and on selective disclosure (i bet breaks DOJ rules and gets the Prosecution disbarred) and yet still barely got across the line.
And prior prosecutors would not bring this case because if you can barely get 12 of 23 grand jurors to a MUCH LOWER finding to indict, then the chances of getting all 12 jurors, in a trial to the MUCH HIGHER standard of 'beyond any reasonable' doubt, would be clearly a losing battle to all but the painfully stupid.

@T. A. Gardner will go from claiming this a slam dunk cases against her... she will take a plea... to 'the system was rigged' ... 'the judge was a lefty' ... or 'in getting it dismissed via the motion, she 'escaped clear guilt via process' while continuing to lie this was a good case.

They will claim the cases where legit and both James and Comey were clearly guilty which is why they did not want to go to court and prove it and instead sought dismissals.
They will think that is a good argument as if anyone charged wrongly does not simply get such error filled cases dismissed and instead says 'i could get this kicked but choose to go to court anyway'.
They will think that because they are stupid.

The best thing about Trump exposing the magat base is that we learned they have no principles. NOT A SINGLE ONE.
Prior we might have really believed they had actual principled positions, even if we disagreed with them. But them now supporting pedophiles and groomers, supporting the defunding of police and police assault, and on and on, the minute Trump tells them to, shows they were always empty hypocrites with no actual morals.
If Trump told them tomorrow they had to be pro abortion, they would instantly switch and not one person, not even a magat, believes otherwise.

In the Bragg case, Trump was given a trial and allowed to defend himself with all the evidence that could exonerate him. He was convicted of 34 felonies which would certainly point to there was no exoneration.
Civil suits don't require grand juries.
