The James scandal just keeps on giving

Gosh, let's ignore charge stacking, twisting the law into a pretzel to bring the charges, then ignoring the laws as written to allow a jury to get a conviction. You'd have done yourself proud in the Old South railroading some poor n****r into life in prison for shoplifting they didn't commit...
Found liable BY A JURY, unanimously.

You sad fucks only like the judicial system when it gies your way.

So? As I pointed out, and you ignored, it was reminiscent of a rigged trail in the Old South. The jury instructions were that they could find Trump guilty if they thought he had done some underlying crime--necessary for the charges to be brought and never presented in the trail. That is, the judge said it was okay if they found Trump had committed a thought crime and that was sufficient.

My bet is the case gets tossed in its entirety on appeal.

ROFLMAO.

And there it is. You are attacking a black woman for being convicted of shoplifting while absolving multi-million dollar fraud by a rich white guy.

No again, illiterate fuck. The judge said NOTHING about any fucking thought crime. Where the fuck do you get this shit?

LOL. Once again, you are so deep in the cult that you will make cult arguments that are completely unhinged and out of touch with reality and the law.
The law does not require another crime have been committed. That is the cult version that you keep repeating. It's like you think planning to commit a crime is a thought crime.

The experts say you are full of shit.

I don't think anyone "defends" James so much as understanding what this is actually about.

Anyone with a brain that functions knows what this is about.
Yeah. Because they want to "get" Letitia, they plotted to get her to harbor a fugitive in a house that she owned but only pretended to live in. They also plotted to have her commit fraud, while she was prosecuting someone else for the same thing. Those sneaky bastiges, tricking her into committing crimes so that they could prosecute her for the crimes they tricked her into committing... You know, because she's above the law.... So... Stop it. Jerks.

At some point, as the crimes pile up, even you must realize that sometimes folks prosecute people for crimes because they committed the crimes.

I see you can't provide any actual evidence to support your claim. At this point, I am left to believe your claim is like all the others you made that proved false.

You may assume what you like. It’s not logical to assume someone who made errors in the past will always be erroneous.

IIRC, I've made 2 factual errors in good faith recently by relying on the results of a web search, which turned out to be incorrect.

If you believe that makes everything I post suspect, that's fair enough. It does not, however, follow that you can logically presume that I have the burden of proof if you accuse me of lying.

Seems Letitia James had her grandniece, Nakia Thompson, living with her three children, in James' house in Norfolk VA for the last five (5) years. All innocuous right? Well...

Seems Nakia Tompson is a wanted fugitive in Forsyth County N. Carolina for violating her probation and fleeing the state. Thompson has a litany of prior felonies and misdemeanors on her record.

I guess with James, family are above the law too... Nothing like the attorney general of New York harboring a wanted felon...
GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE AND GET A FUCKIN LIFE. SO SHE BOUGHT A HOUSE AND LET HER NIECE LIVE IN IT, DID SHE RAPE YOUNG GIRLS? RELEASE THE EPSTIEN FILES AND SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU MORON

The trial will be in Federal Court in Norfolk, Va.

She will probably skate for the same thing that she charged the president with.
