Let me suggers you seek out a TV reality show called On Patrol Live. It follows cops in real time in six or eight major cities every weekend. In the course of their three hour show, a full 90% of their stops, vehicle chases, shoplifting, fights, drugs, etc, are involving black people.
Mind you this is produced by the same people who produced Live PD, which was pulled from commercial television because Karen's screamed it was unfairly targeting blacks. The producers response when removing it from the air was, find us cities where any other race or group of people are doing the same.
A few years later the producers brought it back to cable under its new name, where it remains a highly rated show.
Best advice, is you don't want to be highlighted, clean up your act.

Harris did remarkably well in closing the gap with very little preparation. If you want to blame someone for Trump, blame Biden and the DNC.
