This is a nation of laws - even though you don't abide by the law. If you oppose the laws congress passed - you may NOT attack federal agents for enforcing them. You may attempt to elect lawmakers who support the same goals of an open border that you do. That's how a civilized society works. You of the insurrection choose violence instead of democracy. He will avoid any federal charges. I think the courts will have to step in a force the feds to release all investigative info. They can then prosecute at that level. No pardons from the fascist there.

Heโ€™ll claim imminent danger on that first shot. I think the second two shots will be difficult to defend. It also depends on which shot is fatal.

Her obstruction is a federal felony - prompting agents to move to arrest her, She attempted to evade arrest by running down an agent with her car. This is assault with a deadly weapon.

Don't take my word for it, try it yourself. Try to run down an officer of your local police, and report back to us the results.

This is simply enough even you can grasp it - you don't get to kill the police because you don't like the laws they are enforcing. If you don't like the laws, vote to have them changed.
