I'm not. A shot with a rifle at 100 to 200 yards, particularly if the rifle has a scope--which I assume is the case here--is something most people can do with just a little practice and basic familiarity with the firearm.

My bet is the perp was doing the idiotic 'right between the eyes' shot and forgot that the bullet would drop due to gravity (eg., didn't compensate for range) and pulled the shot either by too much trigger pressure, breathing while aiming, and / or just sloppy form.

He founded Turning Point USA more than a decade ago, and it grew into a big force pushing conservative politics on thousands of high school and college campuses. That’s why he traveled the country giving talks that drew such large crowds at Universities.

He had millions of followers on Instagram and Twitter. He had close ties to Trump. Trump didn’t win because of Kirk alone, but he wouldn’t have won without the work Kirk did to mobilize young voters..

He's dead now, but it's just strange to brush him off as some guy on AM radio. (Does AM radio even still exist? You are aging yourself my man.)

Everybody is losing jobs should they dare make mention of Charlies hateful rhetoric. CNN has already fired a news analyst that went there bringing up his past. All day long, thoughts and prayers to his family and the nobody deserves to die this way fake bs. Meanwhile Trump is calling for the heads and blood of Black people, cloaked in the veil of liberalism. Its okay for this racist motherfucker to talk violence, but anybody not worshiping Charlie, a target goes on your back. Jesus lost his temper one time when he went into the jew temples and saw ungodly things happening. We can not starve innocent women and children by taking away aide. And I too would have loved to have had a conversation with he. I do believe that Charlie is with God, he's just in a holding cloud to think about his life and transgressions. And truth be told Top, I sometimes believe a lot of these right wing lunatics behind closed doors are down on their knees at night asking for absolution and forgiveness. That the lure of adoring crowds keep them locked in the pits of hell of which I believe they wish not to go but can't pass up the drug of conservatism.
