So Bravo's latest lie is that Maj Nidal Hasan is charged with workplace violence?

WTF? He's charged with 13 counts of murder.

Oh. And Bravo? Once court-martialed, Hasan will be ordered to repay that pay.

We already know that the embassy in Benghazi had no Marine guards at the time of the attack.
(I guess thats not quite enough to do the job)

With a hat tip to Mark Thompson at TIME, though, we now know that the Marines in Cairo were not allowed to carry live ammunition, per the orders of US Ambassador to Egypt Anne Patterson. He directs us to this Nightwatch blog post which reports:
She did not permit US Marine guards to carry live ammunition, according to USMC blogs. Thus she neutralized any US military capability that was dedicated to preserve her life and protect the US Embassy.
In this respect, she did not defend US sovereign territory and betrayed her oath of office. She neutered the Marines posted to defend the embassy, trusting the Egyptians over the Marines.

With this level of incompetence, it don't really matter how many Marines are there does it....

The United States had an unmanned Predator drone over its consulate in Benghazi during the attack that slaughtered four Americans — which should have led to a quicker military response, it was revealed yesterday.
“They stood, and they watched, and our people died,” former CIA commander Gary Berntsen told CBS News.

BENGHAZI, Libya, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Libya closed its air space over Benghazi airport temporarily because of heavy anti-aircraft fire by Islamists aiming at U.S. reconnaissance drones flying over the city, days after the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans were killed in an attack.

The closure of the airport prompted speculation that the United States was deploying special forces in preparation for an attack against the militants who were involved in the attack.

A Libyan official said the spy planes flew over the embassy compound and the city, taking photos and inspecting locations of radical militant groups who are believed to have planned and staged the attack on the U.S. consulate on Tuesday.

Militants used anti-aircraft guns to fire at the drones, forcing the authorities to shut the airport because they feared for the safety of passenger planes.

"Two American drones flew over Benghazi last night with knowledge of the Libyan authorities," Deputy Interior Minister, Wanis al-Sharif told Reuters. "They were visible to the eye, and came under attack by anti-aircraft weapons used by armed militias."
