The official Election 2024 Thread...

One good think about Trump winning would be getting to prove my point that Democrats won’t lead an insurrection over it, like Republicans did.
We will see. But I am not counting my chickens. As I have been saying all day, I would rather be Trump right now

I am disappointed in a few States at the moment.

Note: Arizona's flip-flopping really looks suspicious.

You're nothing near realist.

"What are you gonnah do when kamala wins?" -

dirty old fgt guy, soon to be fired.
You really aren't very bright are ya, son?

Regardless who wins, it is what it is. Again, unlike you, I'm a realist.

What would I be fired from, Lich?

You can kind of tell looking at the mood of the networks.

Not sure I'd call it over yet - but things seem to be going Trump's way.
It should be an interesting dictatorship.....but short lived. I doubt Trump will be able to serve out his term due to a Republican-led 25th Amendment effort to make JD President. :)

My read at the moment is that the DNC does not want Trump rushing to victory, and is delaying reporting so that west coast numbers get in before Trump wins outright. I think they want to be able to say "it was a really close race the entire night" and save face on their choice of shitty candidates. I think that is all they care about at this point ... and to possibly get in some cheating where it is close to make the race even tighter.

In a couple of minutes it will be 08:00 p.m. west coast /11:00 pm east coast. Dollars to donuts they're going to time it so that the bulk of the results come in (nearly) simultaneously so that Trump doesn't win "until the very end" of the counting.

Yep, I called it. California and Washington State just came in for Kamala and she jumped to 179 electoral votes, while Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia remain "uncalled", along with a bunch of others. I'm guessing this is deliberate.

Calm down, Sybil. You'll end up being sedated again.
