The official Election 2024 Thread...

So, who wants to bet on whether Rs hit the trifecta? House seats... Not too many more to go before we know if the Rs have a majority there too...

I already conceded that last night.

This was a statement election. When they started talking about Harris underperforming Biden in most key counties & states early in the evening I kind of new this one would be a wave (unlike the one they thought would be a wave).

I kind of hope that the GOP does take the House.

I hope the best for the Trump admin - but I don't see success as likely. He's all smoke & mirrors - he's not a competent executive, imo.

IF he fails, I don't want there to be anything else to blame.

Trump went to North Korea in an attempt to end 75 years of hostility. I can tell you why he was unsuccessful if you'd like.

Trump has basically identical popular vote numbers he has in 2020. What exactly is it you are claiming is "too big"?
Yes, in conjunction with the election officials not allowing the "counting" to go beyond that evening/next morning. Since the DNC didn't have unlimited time (i.e. many days), Trump's numbers were far to big for the DNC to fabricate enough within a few hours.

What reporting for halted? I watched coverage well into the night and never saw any reporting halted.
Then you didn't watch long enough. Trump was locked at 230 electoral votes for about two hours. States that shot up beyond 80% reporting remained at that figure for close to two hours. All the swing States were sitting there waiting for someone to move.

Oh, so now Georgia, who as recently as this week, per you, had looped significant portions of their government, the GBI and FBI into the 2020 "steal" is suddenly "having none of it"?
Yep, this time they held off on the reporting for a couple of hours ... and then said "sorry, we're calling the State for Trump ... we can't hold off any longer."

What changed?
Everything.

yah.....Mail-in ballots take longer to count. Welcome to elections. Hope the rest of your first day goes well!
