That's because fema is just a slush fund for california fraud.

If you cut out texas, california has more fire disaster claims with fema than the whole country combined.

Texas has conspicuously made just slightly fewer fire disaster claims than california and seemingly intentionally maintains just a few fewer.

Already planning scheduled trip to Florida only waiting on State and local authorities to tell him when they think it would be feasible without interfering in relief efforts
