I'm pretty sure that Beijing Peon is an "inverted sock." That is, the troll farm in China assigns several different slaves to man the account to ensure it trolls 24/7. Initially I thought it was just schizophrenic, but now I'm convinced that several "agents" post under the same account.

I don't think The Sock is controlled by China. He has an untreatable mental condition. China wouldn't spend so much time throwing mindless insults. They don't accomplish anything.
