ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Gov. Tim Walz pledged Wednesday night to do everything in his power to protect Minnesotans from the chaos that he said President Donald Trump has unleashed on the country and the world.

Delivering his annual State of the State speech to a joint session of the Legislature, the Democratic governor said Minnesota is as strong as it has ever been, but it is a “moment of great uncertainty for our nation.” And he said that is no accident, but the result of the Republican president’s choices.

“The president of the United States has chosen – chosen! – to throw our economy into turmoil,” Walz said.

Well IMO it isn't a choice of tariffs or not it is his choice of tariffs ridiculously HIGH.
Tariffs of say 5% would have been fine but 25 /30 / 150 even in one case 3251% YES 3251% on solar panels !
Now that IS ridiculous .
Tariffs of say 5% would NOT do the harm to the US economy as The one Trump is putting on.
And the Damage his Tariffs will do to the US economy is being done on PURPOSE !
And a LOT of AMERICANS are going to be hurt by them.
Trump is SOOOOO stupid he doesn't realize the exporting companies / countries are just going to pass those Tariffs on to the US consumers and it is the CONSUMER that are going to be paying them.
And it is TRUMP'S Tariffs that may drive the US into a DEEP recession / Depression.
I just hope that there isn't too much damage already done and Trump wakes the fuck up but I think it may already be too late.
YES Trump may be driving the US economy into a recession / depression on PURPOSE.
