I'm not. The first problem for what's-her-name the prosecutor is her having openly stated she was out to get Trump. That's going to be a major hit in a civil case. When your opponent can point to video of you saying you're out to get him, that raises the bar on evidence.
Next, she has to find someone or thing that was hurt by Trump's actions. Right now, it appears that the claims she's made are about Trump exaggerating the value of properties he owns when getting loans from banks that were paid back in full. That means his valuation of the property is really irrelevant. The bank wasn't hurt by it if they got all their money back.

I'd suggest looking up the case of Fife Symington, an Arizona governor. This prosecutor has grossly overreached on her claims and likely to find herself getting her ass handed to her in court.

Now, that said, I don't give a shit one way or the other about Trump in this situation, but I do care that he, like anyone else, gets a fair day in court and not some sham show trial with a pre-determined outcome.

We have a political party that left a state capitol without reliable water service for the foreseeable future while its governor laughs about it .
