You cannot believe that. He was not present when he stole a truckload of classified documents. there is also a procedure that is followed to declassify or classify. That was not done. No paperwork, no notice. Thump cannot wish things declassified.

My source tells me that Hunter Biden rejected a pretty sweet plea deal, and they were going to have him plea, no prison time, a couple million dollars in fines, and he turned it down. That was a bad idea because now I'm hearing it's about $15 million in fines and they are throwing more felonies that he has to plead to.

Yes. The President says they are declassified, they are declassified. Only the President can do this, as Commander in Chief. Otherwise it is done by the originator of the document.

So we need a congressional investigation for what essentially are minor local crimes that can be handled by local law enforcement? That's the equivalent of all the money wasted to get an article of impeachment against Slick Willy for lying to Congress about cheating on his wife...a domestic problem handled by personal lawyers (if the wife filed for divorce).

Much ado about nothing, because essentially the MAGA GOP want to infer that Biden Sr. was directly connected with Hunter's job shenanigans in the Ukraine....but they just can't get that connection. But their idiot "base" don't care.
