The FBI and police use video all the time as evidence for charges. It usually isn't the sole piece of evidence, but it is strong evidence. That's why police wear body cameras now, for example.

Really? On prostitution and drug charges? Personal videos off someone’s computer? I’ve heard it being done for child porn, but never for the afore mentioned.

They have emails of him soliciting prostitutes ,he said he didn't want any yellow , they have emails of him arranging payment for prostitutes. They have video arguing about payment of a prostitute. It's a slam dunk case.

There is no age requirement and being a violent felon does not disqualify you, right? People in my area are sent to prison for gun laws all the time. A guy was recently charged with having a pistol with a "Glock switch" making it a machine gun.
