The Republican Party’s violence problem

It is totally logical. they were flawed human beings doing a difficult job. They knew they could not get it all right and it would last for all time. It was not about distrust of their new government, but trust that they could make it perfect.
not one single commentary from the founders points to them making government perfect, but there are many commentaries that clearly state that we the people were the ones in charge, OUR Constitution, and that government was a necessary evil to always be kept in check. It absolutely was about distrust of government based upon their experiences.

the issue isn't what NYC was doing.......the issue is what the new mayor will BE doing......and yes, stop and frisk can be done within the limits of the constitution, as Terry v Ohio says........

look up 'reasonable articulable suspicion'............that should help you, unless you can't understand the nuances of the law
