Imagine if politicians stuck to the US Constitution? Novel idea I know. It is much more fun to loot the treasury in behalf of someone else with cash someone else has to pay back.

Herein lies your problem...YOU right wing morons don't get to decide what sticking to the Constitution means. There is over 200 years of history and case laws you turds want to eviscerate.

The debate over the Constitution, the General Welfare Clause and the scope of the Constitution has been raging over that same 200 years, by scholars, politicians, polemics and citizens. To believe that a bunch of ignorant teabaggers have the final answers is a joke...a SICK joke.

What a dumb response. I'm sure Don Blankenship didn't write in the employee manual that he used shoddy roof bolts or inadequate ventilation in the mines. There's a big difference between taking on a dangerous job when you know all the pitfalls, versus taking a job and believing the safety measures are adequate to protect you, but they're not.

Why don't you investigate all the lawsuits filed on Massey, and all the millions paid out in penalties because of their "reckless disregard for human life."
