No, they are not. Republicans just understand the fact there are only two genders. They are against having males compete on all female teams in sports and wandering into females' bathrooms. Society has been polite and there are gender neutral and family bathrooms all across this country.
You feeling the need to inject your particular oddity into the masses is falling on deaf ears. Had you not been so loud and proud, none of this bullshit would have been brought up.

Few of us ever met a real trans. Yet Trumpys were persuaded that they are a huge problem in America and a threat to the country. I read there are 2 trans competing in athletics in the whole state of Michigan. Yet many people voted for the right to prevent the takeover of America by trans and gays. Thinking and evaluation are not Trumpys strong suits.

It was a culture issue. Giving circus freaks special privileges turns off a lot of people.
Maureen Dowd (my favorite opinionist) talks about this in one of her NYT columns.
Culture issues really brought a lot of conservative hispanics into the Trump fold.
