I meant partial birth abortions in the third trimester. Which is way different than a first trimester abortion.

And when were abortions in the third trimester used? Because they were never performed on an at-will basis.

And anyway, you apparently find difficulty with third trimester abortion and not intact dilation and extraction. But they are only performed when the health of the mother is at risk. And the bill banned intact dilation and extraction in other trimesters as well, which is doubly retarded.
