1) President Biden didn't intentionally hide 'em and then lie about having 'em.

Of the four indictments, The Documents Case is the one that's a Slam Dunk. There is so much ironclad evidence and testimony, and mishandling Classified Documents is an extremely serious charge. I know. I've held top secret clearances (SI/TK, SI/SAO).
The penalties are severe.
