All I know is he was accused of multiple women he was acquainted with who accused him of abuse. That is enough for me.

So just an accusation is enough for you? So if someone accused you of sexual assault, everyone should believe them based on your standard? That should be enough for them?

You call yourself a lawyer and you don't even believe in the basic concept of innocent until proven guilty.

Here is the deal. I actually don't think Swalwell is guilty of sexual assault. Did he have improper relationships with women? I think it is reasonable given what we know about Fang Fang. But sexually assaulting them? I doubt it. No police reports and no civil suits.

I am willing to bet that you won't hear another thing about it. These so called anonymous whisltle blowers will just go off into the sunset, if they even exist at all.

This is the democrat party MO. Just accuse people of sexual assault at the apex of a political race to try to force someone out. What is sad is that idiots like you fall for it.

I never claimed Trump wasn't lewd and crude. But there is a difference between lewd and crude and sexual assault. Unless you equate the two?

When there are multiple accusers of people we know he had acquaintance with, I think he should step out of office until it’s cleared up.

The standard for someone leaving office is very different than the standard for someone being prosecuted or put in jail. Do you not understand that?

Trump has been accused of sexual assault by over 30 women. That is likely a sliver of all he has done. He bragged about grabbing women by the pussy. He has to pay over 80 million for assaulting Caroll. Trump is on top of the pile of abusers of women.

Trump lost s five million dollar lawsuit for sexual assault, plus settled other complaints out of court, so I don’t know where you getting the Trump is innocent

No serving in an elected position is not the same as going to prison.

There is a lot of smoke and plenty of well respected people can do the job that requires a morally responsible person. It’s a position of extreme trust.
