Are they mostly in the South? We did have PF Chang in STL but don't recall ever seeing a Pei Wei. PFC is awesome, wish we had one here.

St. Louis was always kind of late in getting on the new foodie outlets bandwagon. There wasn't a Chik-Fil-A there during that controversy a few years back, but then some moved in. I think PF Chang was relatively new in town too. Is BBQ a big thing down there?
